1. Shipping Policy

    •    Shipping Time: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for domestic orders and 7-14 business days for international orders.
    •    Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size. Free shipping is available for orders over $75 (domestic only).
    •    Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.

2. Returns & Refund Policy

    •    Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened products. For hygiene and safety reasons, used products cannot be returned.

    •    Upon approval, ship the item back to us in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Cancellations

    •    Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order will already be in processing.

    •    Roots2Riches is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If you believe your package was lost, please contact the carrier directly.
